Sonya Pierrelus
Sonya Pierrelus is the founder, President and CEO of DSSP Consulting, Inc. (“DSSP”). DSSP is a, 8(a) Small Business Administration (SBA) certified, Woman Owned certified, and Maryland Department of Transportation Minority Business enterprise (MBE)/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) professional services firm located in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. For over a decade, DSSP has provided professional services to various federal and commercial clients. Specializing in, Financial Management, Information Technology, Program Management and Administrative support services. Sonya holds a Bachelor of Science from Hampton University, in Finance and Accounting, and is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) and a Certified Internal Control Auditor. She is a member of Association of Government Accountants (AGA), American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC), Women’s President Organization (WPO), and SBA Emerging Leaders (Class of 2016). She was selected by Enterprising Women, as a one of the Top Women Entrepreneurs in 2020.

Kevin Pierrelus
Since 2007, Kevin Pierrelus, Vice-President and COO has been using his creative vision and excellent insight into company management to enhance operations at DSSP. Through implementing a company leadership structure, technological software to better manage human resources. He is responsible for the creation, development, expansion, assessment and evaluation of the office, programs, and initiatives. This work has provided him the opportunity to use the critical and analytical skills that his technical engineering education has cultivated. Kevin earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Hampton University and holds multiple industry certifications of which includes the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) and CompTIA Network+.
